The Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center developed LearntobeHealthy.org with underwriting support from Highmark Foundation and Highmark Healthy High 5, a child's health promotion initiative of the Highmark Foundation.
LearntobeHealthy.org is an online health science learning site designed to help educators, community leaders and parents communicate important health concepts to children. The site contains comprehensive lesson plans, interactive games and activities, webquests and more. The goal of the site is to inspire children – and their families – to make healthy choices that will last a lifetime.
LearntobeHealthy.org is a family of websites focusing on: for Educators & Families, Kids in grades K-6 and Teens in grades 7-12. Each is designed to meet the needs of the diverse audiences. Check them all out! The site also has an online store where you can find more great health education materials as well as fun apparel and accessories to show off your passion for healthy living.
